Refund & Returns Policy

At Thriftzones, we want you to love every drop you pick from us. But if something isn’t right — we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging (with tags still attached).
To start a return, exchange, or refund request, please message us directly on WhatsApp: +971 50 343 4745.
Our team will guide you through the quick return process.
Please note:
- Items must be in perfect condition — no stains, no signs of wear.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
We offer exchanges for the same product type (if available in stock).
Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you’d like to swap.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If your refund doesn’t show right away, give it a little time — banks and payment providers can take a few days to update.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (like hats, socks, or jewelry)
- Gift cards
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered?
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: +971 50 343 4745 with photos of the item — we’ll fix it fast.
