Eligibility for Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:
• The item is damaged upon arrival.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
• The product is returned without original packaging or tags.
• The customer simply changes their mind after using the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Customers may choose either:
• A full refund, or
• A replacement item (subject to availability)
Return Shipping:
• UAE Orders: THRIFT ZONES™ may cover return shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect items.
• GCC & International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
